FAQ

Is this a real air conditioner?

No, and we would rather tell you now than after it arrives. This is an evaporative cooler: it chills the air blowing directly at you, roughly within arm's reach. It will not drop the temperature of a whole room. If that is what you need, you want a compressor unit, not this.

Do I have to use ice?

No. It works on plain water and still moves cool, humidified air. Ice is what makes the stream properly cold, so most people keep a tray in the freezer for it.

How long does a charge last?

Up to 6 hours on the low fan setting and around 3 hours on high, from a 2.5 to 3 hour charge. Plugged into USB it runs indefinitely, so most people leave it connected at a desk and use the battery outdoors.

Do I need a plug adapter?

No. It runs on standard USB at 5 V, so any phone charger, laptop, power bank or car adapter works anywhere in the world. No voltage converter, no country-specific plug.
